Return Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it. To request a cancellation, contact our customer service immediately at team@sullivanfashion.com, and provide your order number.

2. Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return period starting from the delivery date.
To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • Note: Customized products or intimate items (e.g., underwear) are not eligible for return.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our customer service at team@sullivanfashion.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • If the product is defective or damaged, include clear pictures of the issue.
  • Once your return is approved, we will send you a return label.

Return Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

4. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If the product arrives damaged, contact us immediately and include photographs. We will replace the product at no additional cost.
  • Manufacturing defects or faults during use fall under the Irish Consumer Rights Act and come with a two-year statutory warranty. Contact us if an issue arises, and we will find an appropriate solution.

5. Incorrect Product Delivered

If you have received the wrong product, contact us immediately. We will send the correct product to you at no additional cost and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, return the original item per our return policy and place a new order.

7. Delivery Issues

  • Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs if the delivery address provided is incorrect.
  • If the courier confirms the package as lost, we will send a replacement product free of charge.
  • For significant delivery delays, contact our customer service team.
