2. Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return period starting from the delivery date.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- Note: Customized products or intimate items are not eligible for return.

Return Costs:

- We will replace the product at no additional cost.

5. Incorrect Product Delivered
If you received the wrong product:

- We will send the correct product at no additional cost and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, return the original item per our return policy and place a new order.
7. Delivery Issues
- Customers are responsible for additional shipping costs if the delivery address provided is incorrect.
- If the courier confirms the package is lost, we will send a replacement product free of charge.
