1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it. To request a cancellation, contact our customer service immediately at team@sullivanfashion.com and provide your order number.

2. Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return period starting from the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • Note: Customized products or intimate items are not eligible for return.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our customer service at team@sullivanfashion.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • If the product is defective or damaged, include clear pictures of the issue.
  • Once your return is approved, we will send you a return label.

Return Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

4. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If the product arrives damaged, contact us immediately and include photographs.
  • We will replace the product at no additional cost.
  • Manufacturing defects or faults during use are covered under the Irish Consumer Rights Act, which provides a two-year statutory warranty. Contact us for assistance.

5. Incorrect Product Delivered

If you received the wrong product:

  1. Contact us immediately.
  2. We will send the correct product at no additional cost and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, return the original item per our return policy and place a new order.

7. Delivery Issues

  • Customers are responsible for additional shipping costs if the delivery address provided is incorrect.
  • If the courier confirms the package is lost, we will send a replacement product free of charge.
  • For significant delivery delays, contact our customer service team.

8. Refund Policy

  • Once your return has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days of approval.

No Restocking Fees

 Refunds for Damaged or Defective Products

  • Refunds for damaged or defective products will only be processed once the return has been approved and inspected.
  • We cover return shipping costs for products that:
    • Are damaged during transit.
    • Are received with faults or defects.
  • Products damaged due to misuse by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
